FIT JOY Ladies 40+ is a three pillar-platform, addressing your hormones' natural available resources in the transition to menopause and after:

Pillar 1: adapted physical training programming,


Pillar 2: smart nutrition for hormonal balance and healing, and 

Pillar 3: recharge and reset strategies to address in order to ease your hormonal journey. 

The two periods that make the transition - before and after menopause - are addressed by FIT JOY differently, as different body rules for health and wellbeing apply for the different moments of the transition, to ensure the best results.


Pillar 1 PHYSICAL TRAINING (launched in December 2023)
Includes all the needed information to keep you strong during the entire transition, and is a build-in kit available on-site or in a mobile application, allowing you to create your training program on your own and to start training immediately, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, in a safe way. Pillar 2 FEMALE-SMART NUTRITION 
(to be launched in November 2024)

To facilitate the reading and easy use, the nutrition pillar is delivered in two separate chapters:

1. Perimenopause Nutrition: addressing your smart fueling journey before menopause (while your hormonal cycle is still there, even if irregular, and you're still crossing your reproductive years)

2. Postmenopause Nutrition: addressing the changes after menopause and the adaptations to make in your food and supplement choices to control menopause symptoms, overall health and weight management.
